Events and Hours

June 24, 2009

*Monday June 29th I will not be in the office.  I will be volunteering all day long at the Ahern Foundation Golf Outing.  2 years ago I was asked to be on the Board of the Ahern Scholarship Foundation and it has been great.  They give two scholarships each year to graduating Bayonne Seniors,  one public school and one private school.

*Saturday July 4th the office will be closed.  We will all have normal office hours Friday July 3rd and resume normal office hours Monday July 6th.

*Tuesday July 7th I have to leave at 6:15 PM.  That evening is the Rotary Passing of the Bell where they name the new President .  I will be the Bayonne Rotary Vice President for the 2009/2010 year.

*August 3rd to August 9th is my annual Family Vacation and will not be in the whole week.

Please remember consistent Chiropractic care is critical to maintain and achieve vibrant health.  The days that I am not in the office Luiza our Physical Therapist is still seeing patients and Dr. Mike and Dr. Charlie will be glad to give you your weekly adjustment.

My First Blog!

June 19, 2009

Hello and Welcome!

I am excited to announce that I continue to strive into the 21st Century.  First with a weekly e-mail, then a website, and finally a Blog.  Maybe  alittle late and maybe I am behind but never the less here it is.  It unlikely you will ever find me on Facebook or Twittering but you never know.

I am doing this to  provide all of you the most current health information, important news, goings on in the office, fun stuff,  guest writers,  testimonials, cases of the month, and tales of my most latest adventures usually revolving around health, food, family, drink, and fun.

Tonight June 19th, I have to leave the office at 5:30 PM to present the Citizenship Award to Cruz Delacruz a deserving Lincoln School Graduate.  Dr. Mike or Dr. Charlie will be glad to adjust you, KEEP YOUR APPTS.

Thank you and remember you all make me tic!
