A SLIP ON THE SNOWY SIDEWALK, IN WINTER, IS A SMALL THING. IT HAPPENS TO MILLIONS.

THE SLIP OR FALL PRODUCES A SUBLUXATION. THE SUBLUXATION IS A SMALL THING.

THE SUBLUXATION PRODUCES PRESSURE ON A NERVE. THAT PRESSURE IS A SMALL THING.

THE PRESSURE CUTS OFF THE FLOW OF MENTAL IMPULSES.

Advanced Nutrition Lecture Notes – Steps to be Cancer Free

Chiropractic Foundation!

1. The Body is Self Healing and Self Regulating.

2. Your Nervous System controls and coordinates each and every function in your body.

3. If there is interference in your nervous system your body can no longer self heal and self regulate properly.

4. The longer the nervous system interference (Subluxation) is present the more devastating effects it has on your health and well being.

Nutrition and Nourishment!

*Eliminate Sugars

Sugars are white flour, breads, pasta, candy, cake, fruit juices, table sugar, soda

Sugars feeds Cancer!

HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup) –  Soda, all processed foods, anything packaged

1 soda has 16 tbs. of sugar!

Fructose – fruit sugar, raises blood sugar to quickly

Best choices – berries, tomatoes, avocadoes, olives, and coconut

*if you have Cancer you shouldn’t eat any sugar at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

**by doing this you keep your insulin levels down which has proven to be a strong anti cancer tactic!

Healthy Fats vs. Unhealthy Fats – the imbalance in Omega 3 Fats to Omega 6-9 etc… Fats has proven to cause tremendous inflammation – constant inflammation is one of the major causes of Cancer

Healthy Fats:

Omega 3s – Fish Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Krill Oil

Saturated Fats from Grass Fed Meats

MCFA’s from Coconut and Palm Oil

Monounsaturated Fats from Olive Oil and Walnut Oil

Unhealthy Fats:

Polyunsaturated Fats – Corn oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, canola oil, soybean oil

Saturated Fats from Grain Fed Meats

Trans Fatty Acids – anything that states hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated

**Healthy fats are a superior source of nutrition for your brain and heart and is anti-inflammatory!

Vegetables – should be the core of at least 2 out of the 3 meals each and every day!  Vegetables are filled with antioxidants, micronutrients, fiber, and ORMUS!

Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, kale, brussel sprouts, maca, etc…. are key.  They are filled with indole 3 carbinols which are very anti breast cancer!

Fruits and vegetables best bought organic: Peaches, Apples, Sweet Bell Peppers, Nectarines, Strawberries, Cherries, Lettuce, Grapes (Imported), Pears, Spinach, Potatoes

Fruits and vegetables that can be bought conventional: Broccoli, Eggplant, Cabbage, Banana, Kiwi, Asparagus, Sweet Frozen Peas, Mango, Pineapple, Avocado, Onion

Emotions: The CDC states that 85% of all disease is caused by emotions.

Techniques to deal with hidden deep seeded emotional concerns:

Sleep: The WHO states that 3rd shift work is a CARCINOGEN!

Tips:

  • When you sleep your body heals and repairs itself.  One of the main hormones produced while sleeping is melatonin, which is a potent antioxidant.
  • Never sleep with your TV on even better à no night light
  • Keep your feet warm
  • Only use your bed for 1 thing-sleep…OK—2 things!!!
  • Take your multivitamin and magnesium before you go to magnesium before you  go to bed

Only Nine diseased organs belonged to different sympathetic segments from the vertebrae out of line.

Out of the Journal of Vertebral Subluxation Research – a study which shows that long term chiropractic care (2 years) repairs DNA. (How is this for an anti-cancer strategy?)

Another Study – After a 4-month course of chiropractic care, the patient’s anxiety symptoms were reduced by 80%.
